The purpose of planned maintenance is to keep your OT network current and protected. Essential updates are applied to devices, good housekeeping activities are performed and the primary network features will be exercised to ensure the OT network is opening as it was designed to.
Planned maintenance visits are typically performed on site in line with operational requirements of each Customer. These visits will typically be performed quarterly or, if the appetite for risk permits, annually.
