Standard Delivery
Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses (with some exceptions) is the next working day when orders are placed by 2pm. We use DPD as the courier for our deliveries. This service costs £15.00 per consignment to a maximum weight of 30kg.

A Pre-noon or Pre-10:30am delivery can be arranged, at a premium, for UK mainland consignments.

Frequently Asked Delivery Questions
If your order is awaiting products that have a lead time, it will be despatched upon full receipt of your order. You can request a part shipment if required.
Yes, you can track your order via the DPD website or by calling us on 01372 888035. Our sales team will be able to check your order status and provide feedback.
A calling card will be left, and they will try to deliver again the next day. Once you have the calling card you are able to request it to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if required.
You can amend the delivery address on an order as long as it has not been dispatched. This is not possible once the consignment is in transit.
We are unable to currently offer same-day delivery to customers.
We endeavour to keep customers up to date on all changes that affect their orders.
DPD can notify you when your order is on its way and provide a one-hour delivery window if you supply an email address or mobile number.
You can request a specific date. Selecting a specific time other than the premium Pre-10 am or Pre-12 services is impossible.
