TAP-213/TAP-323 Series Wireless AP/Bridge/Client Vulnerabilities

As Industrial IoT (IIoT) adoption continues to proliferate, cybersecurity has become one of the top priorities. The Moxa Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) takes a proactive approach to protect products from cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Moxa PSIRT investigates all reports of vulnerabilities that could potentially affect Moxa products. Multiple product vulnerabilities were identified in Moxa’s TAP-213/TAP-323 Series Wireless AP/Bridge/Client. In response to this, Moxa has developed related solutions to address these vulnerabilities.

An attacker located remotely can use brute force to obtain credentials.
6 Cross-site scripting (XSS)

An attacker located remotely can insert HTML and JavaScript into the system via a web interface.
7 Improper Verification of Firmware
(CWE-347), CVE-2021-37758
